1. Cancellation Before Processing

Customers may request to cancel an order before it enters processing.

If your cancellation request is received before your order begins fulfillment, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Because our fulfillment process begins quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order.

2. Orders Already in Processing

Once an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Processing may include:

  • Payment verification

  • Order review

  • Product preparation

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label creation

  • Transfer to the shipping carrier

At this stage, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

3. Orders That Have Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot generally be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may request a return if the item qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically confirm that the order has been canceled. Our customer support team will review your request and notify you of the outcome.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Approved cancellation refunds are generally processed within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you entered an incorrect shipping address or other order information, please contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet entered processing, we will make reasonable efforts to update your information.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

7. Orders Refused at Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery of an order that has already been shipped, the package may be returned to us by the shipping carrier.

Once the returned package has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Original shipping costs, return shipping charges, or other applicable fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted.

8. Fraud Prevention

Lawngag reserves the right to cancel any order if we reasonably believe:

  • Fraudulent activity has occurred.

  • Payment authorization cannot be verified.

  • Billing information cannot be confirmed.

  • Product pricing contains a system error.

  • Inventory is unavailable.

  • The order violates our Terms of Service.

When applicable, customers will receive notification regarding the cancellation, and eligible payments will be refunded.

9. Product Availability

Occasionally, products may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we cannot fulfill your order due to inventory or supplier limitations, we may:

  • Offer a suitable substitute (where appropriate).

  • Contact you regarding available options.

  • Cancel the affected order.

  • Issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

10. Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, it may be possible to cancel only the portion that has not yet entered processing.
